Welcome to Our New Website

We’re excited to launch a Brand New Website with new shopping features and improved design. Unfortunately with the new website being on an updated system, not all customer data was able to transfer perfectly. Below is how it may impact you and what to do if your account was affected.

Saved Payment Methods Removed

We were unable to move your saved payment methods from the old site to the new.

  • For Regular Account Holders – You’ll just need to reenter your card details next time you check out and choose to save the payment method.
  • For Subscription Orders – your subscription should still be available BUT you will need to login to your account and update your payment method in the subscription settings before you next order can process.

Past Order Numbers Changed

When we imported your past order history into the new website, the database forced a change to the order numbers. So your order numbers from before Oct 18, 2024 will be changed from what is on your email receipts and details. All past order details remained intact – only the order number changed.


We appreciate your patience as we integrate to a new website in order to be able to continue to serve you better. If you run into any issues with website functions don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to fix the issue.
