Javataza is a direct-trade coffee company, meaning that we have a direct working relationship with our farmers and know them by name. This ensures that we are able to pay them a sustainable and generous wage as well as provides the structure of accountability for good growing practices, enabling us to invest in our farmers so they can invest in their communities.

Honduras Highland
High in the beautiful mountains of Guaimaca, Honduras the Showalter brothers and other local farmers work tirelessly to produce coffee for Javataza.
Finca El Rosario, Guatemala
These farmers work in a tropical region that boasts of colorful plants, violent thunderstorms, nearby volcanoes, and some of the highest altitude Guatemalan coffee available.
Sigua Growers, Honduras
In the beautiful, rugged mountains of central Honduras our growers are dedicated to regenerative farming practices that produce a delicious coffee.
Cafe De Costa Rica
Our farmers in the lovely mountains of Costa Rica live in an area with large temperature swings, resulting in some of the sweetest coffee in the world.
Colombia La Plata
This group of small, family-owned farms is located in the Andes Mountains where rich volcanic soil and high elevation helps produce exquisite coffee.
